Non-Profit Tax Status

Servants of the Kingdom, Ltd., is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a “tax exempt” corporation, according to a “determination letter” issued August 1995, under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. All donations, contributions and gifts to corporation are tax deductible according to section 170 of the Code.
